How to maintain an overview in a highly complex environment such as the asset management of renewables? The basis is a clean data structure and a transparent presentation of all relevant financial parameters of the respective project. We are pleased that we have been able to make financial asset management in greenmatch even more intuitive and efficient with our latest release.
Import of actual data now integrated within GM Valuation
Thanks to our latest release, you can now upload current financial figures from your accounting directly into GM Valuation. You will find the “Ledgermanagement” tab built in for this purpose in the navigation bar directly next to the “Templates” tab:GM Valuation – Ledgermanagement
The possibility of importing actual figures directly into GM Valuation also results in a change in the creation of new project versions. Here you can now decide on which initial project version the new one should be based. In addition, when creating a new version, you decide yourself whether actual figures available in the project are to be included in it and up to which date actual figures are to be taken into account:GM Valuation – Create a new project version
Create updated financial plans with just a few clicks
Thus, with just a few clicks, it is now possible to create updated plans based on your financial accounting data in greenmatch and to check the project for potential weaknesses. Do the actual figures have a negative impact on the liquidity of my project? Has the DSCR been violated? Just checking relevant parameters in the project overview of the updated plan can give you valuable information about the current situation of your renewable energy project:
Project Overview – Debt coverage
Project Overview – Liquidity
Opex – View until which date actual figures are taken into account
Detect and analyse deviations between plan and actual
You can also compare the updated plan with the initial plan in GM Asset Controlling and immediately see where the differences come from, using our deviation graph:GM Asset Controlling – Deviation graph
You can also analyse whether or not the project is likely to achieve its objectives in the current year according to expectations:GM Asset Controlling – Year-to-Date
The detailed financial model also gives you a detailed breakdown of where deviations occurred in the past, what the forecast for the current year and the further financial plan look like:GM Asset Controlling – Financial Model
