Doren GmbH along with co-owners is selling a wind farm in Germany, which is operational since mid 2015. The wind farm receives a fixed feed-in-tariff according to the German Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG 2014).

- Commercial Operation Date (COD): Mid 2015
The wind farm is prepared for a Share Deal of 100% of the shares of a « limited partnership with a limited liability company as general partner » (GmbH & Co. KG).
Upon requesting access, you will receive an email with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for your perusal. After sending back the signed document (scan version) you will get access to the project data and you will receive a process letter describing the next steps of the proposed transaction.
