At WindEnergy in Hamburg from September 27 to 30, we present our new products GM Portfolio and GM Marketplace.
GM Marketplace: Buy & Sell – Negotiate – Cooperate
Projects that have been created in GM Valuation can now be placed on the new GM Marketplace and thus be presented to potential buyers. In this way you as a project seller can reach the entire green[::]match community. Potential investors or banks can specifically search the digital marketplace for projects, examine them on the basis of common performance indicators and directly re-model them in GM Valuation with additional assumptions. GM Marketplace includes standardized work flows so that buyers, banks and sellers can carry out transactions in a convenient way directly on the platform.

GM Portfolio: Organize – Compare – Summarize
With the new GM Portfolio, you can create a portfolio overview from various individually assembled projects at the push of a button, which, for example, shows the return distribution or the cash flow to equity. Thanks to the standardization of the certified green[::]match calculation kernel, reliable and comparable portfolios can be created, something that is not possible with classical spreadsheet programs such as Excel.

GM Marketplace and GM Portfolio are currently in testing phase and are constantly being extended. We are looking forward to your feedback.
