- Live-Chat: The easiest way to contact our support-team is by sending a message via Chat. Simply click on "Chat" in the right corner of the Top Navigation to get a conversation with our support started. You will receive an answer directly in chat or conveniently by email.
- Contact-Form: You can also submit a support request via Contact-Form. Just click on "Support" in the Actions Menu of the Top-Navigation and fill in the form. You will be contacted by our support-team by email as soon as possible.
- Phone: The third possibility is to contact us by phone +41 61 301 50 00. We are happy to answer your questions during business hours in Switzerland (from 09:00 to 17:00 CET).
