Transinium is selling a solar farm in France on the GM Marketplace, which is operational since 2018. The solar farm receives a fixed feed-in-tariff according to CRE3 auctions:
- Installed Capacity: 6.2 MW (single-axis Tracker)
- Location: France
- Commercial Operation Date (COD): 2018
The solar farm is prepared for a Share Deal of 100% of the shares of the SPV, which also owns the land plot.
Upon requesting access, you will receive an email with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for your perusal. After sending back the signed document (scan version) you will get access to the project data and you will receive a process letter describing the next steps of the proposed transaction.
